🎯 Concise tip for a successful change management process

Basic, and yet forgotten to be applied so many times: constantly monitor the impact of change at both the organizational AND team levels. Engage in dialogue/exploration to facilitate a deeper understanding of what is clicking, where you should focus more, and what simply isn't effective and requires a complete overhaul or removal.
